Creating your own QR code is easy! Follow the step‐by‐step directions for your practice management software system to add a QR code to your invoices to market your storefront.
Say you have a client place an order during Cyber Week, but their pet is due for an exam. You need to wait until after the exam to advise on the proper treatment.
Should you decline the order? Not so fast!
To make sure they don’t lose their discount, simply contact the client to book an appointment and leave the order request as “pending” in the Covetrus® Prescription Management Platform.
After the exam, find the pending order under the “Action Needed” filter and approve it. Their order will still be processed with Cyber Week discounts.
